“We were out to do a little planning at our wedding venue and stopped in for the sauna circuit. Neither my fiancé nor I had done a Nordic circuit before and honestly weren't sure we'd make it through more than one cold plunge, but we did multiple rounds and enjoyed every second of our time. Lovely staff there for any questions, concerns, tea top ups or extra towels, and the most perfect view! We can't wait to come back again!”

GoogleBeautiful location, Very clean water in the cold plunge, Sauna is very nicely designed – the host was fantastic. I speak as a thermal spa operator myself who loves trying other places. This was one of the best places I’ve been to so far in BC. Also fantastic value!
