GoogleSpring is the best time to visit as no one is around. There is a chance that you won't make it there due to the weather condition though.
Tucked into the wild edge of British Columbia’s coast, this is the kind of soak that feels more like a journey than a stop. Reached by boat, floatplane, or a long boardwalk walk through old-growth rainforest, the experience builds anticipation before you ever touch the water. Once there, steaming mineral pools, a hot waterfall, and the occasional wash of cold ocean water create a raw contrast therapy moment that feels completely elemental. Guests love the untamed setting as much as the springs themselves: slippery rocks, drifting mist, the scent of sulfur in the air, and the possibility of spotting whales, seals, otters, or eagles along the way. What makes the visit memorable is its honesty. This is not a polished resort; it is a wilderness escape with changing rooms, showers, a floating sauna, and natural rock pools that reward early arrivals and off-peak timing. On quieter mornings, the place can feel almost private, while summer crowds can quickly change the mood. With a Wellness Score of 73, it offers a deeply atmospheric soak for travelers who value scenery, solitude, and a little adventure with their wellness ritual. Best enjoyed by small groups, it accommodates just 10 guests.
“Such a beautiful spot. Took an hour and a half boat ride from tofino. Saw gray whales, seals, sea otters. Trail is an easy boardwalk through lush forest. There is a bit of stairs along it however. There was a bit of rotation of people coming and going from the pools but it was ok and everyone seemed to find their happy spot to soak. Bring water shoes!”
Guests see Hot Springs Cove as a magical, bucket-list natural soak with unforgettable scenery, but one that is best enjoyed early or off-season because the small pools can get crowded fast.

GoogleAmazing experience. It’s quite challenging to navigate through the rocks so I wouldn’t say it’s for beginner hikers, but the views were so worth it.
