GoogleCame to Aika for a bachelorette and it was so amazing. It’s so peaceful and very well set up for small groups. I will definitely come back again. The sound bath at the end was the best way to finish a prefect day!
Tucked into the mossy woods of Brackendale, BC, this secluded retreat feels shaped by the forest itself. At AIKA Spa, cedar heat, birdsong, and mountain air frame a restorative rhythm of sauna, cold plunge, and quiet recovery beside the fire. The wood-fired Finnish sauna, outdoor tubs, river and ice baths, and soft robes and towels create a polished but grounded setting for contrast therapy and the Nordic circuit, while the surrounding trees and creekside paths keep every pause feeling intentional. Guests often come for a couples escape, birthday celebration, or small group gathering, then leave talking about the deeper reset. Calm, knowledgeable hosting helps the experience unfold at an unhurried pace, with meditation, sound bath touches, and warm tea rounding out the ritual. In winter, the steam and snow heighten the contrast; in summer, sunlight filtering through the canopy makes the whole property feel open, private, and quietly celebratory.
“We came to the spa in the evening at 6:30pm, on a cold wet day, and with the fires burning in the rooms and outside it became a really sensual experience. Tristan set the tone for our experience in a really gentle way, we felt able to enjoy the spa in any way we felt comfortable. The setting is stunning also. Made for a lovely girls escape.”
Guests overwhelmingly frame AIKA Spa as a magical forest sanctuary that combines nature immersion, hot-cold contrast therapy, and heartfelt hospitality into a deeply restorative experience.

GoogleAbsolutely loved my experience at AIKA ! From the moment you arrive, you feel a sense of serenity and calm. The spa is beautifully set in the midst of nature, surrounded by mountains, which makes the whole experience feel like a peaceful escape from the busy day-to-day. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the team truly cares about creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for every guest. You can tell a lot of thought and passion has gone into every detail. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and recharge in a stunning natural setting, I can’t recommend AIKA enough. Such a gem!

GoogleI loved Aika. The drive up to Squamish is already beautiful, so you arrive feeling relaxed, and then the space itself is just calm and really well done. I went for one of their community sessions and it was such a nice balance. You can chat with other people if you feel like being social, but you can also just do your own thing. I brought a book and read in between cycles as well as got to know some other amazing humans, had some of the tea they put out, and just enjoyed slowing down. The sauna was perfect. The temperature was spot on: hot, but not suffocating like some other places. And it’s stunning inside. You can tell a lot of care went into the design. Tristan was absolutely amazing too. So welcoming and kind, which makes the whole experience even better. I already can’t wait to go back.
