Love our sauna, Stu did a great job on our install and Sam has been great in helping with any questions we've had since.

I'm writing this review after 4 months of 5x/wk use of the cube sauna we bought from Nootka. We absolutely love it and highly recommend. The sauna is of high quality and looks beautiful in the yard. The digital control pad with the mobile app is super convenient to turn it on and get it ready. We were guided through the whole process from selecting the sauna, to platform specifications, and referrals to trusted local contractors for electrical (Brad Anderson) and install (Sean/Rusty from Proline who installed in a day). From purchase to setup our experience was very enjoyable. Our inquiries and concerns were confidently and knowledgeably answered. For a few bucks more we purchased the 10’ barrel sauna and are happy we did as It allows for additional space to relax. Everything about the sauna, including the packaging is very good quality. We also had them install it for us ( good move). If you’re spending on a good product like this, get all the upgrades, you’ll be glad you did. We have enjoyed our sauna immensely and look forward to many more years in it. Especially during the winter months. We would recommend Nootka to anyone. Dave & April Smith

Bought a 8' barrel sauna in November and had it delivered and installed in January. We use it up to twice daily and now have friends over for sauna time :) Added upgrades of floor, lights, backrest, Nootka heater and the app based smart controller. Highly recommend all! Delivery and install were well worth the cost. Although it doesn't look too complicated, having Sammy (carpenter) install (still took him 6 hours, even with us moving materials to build site) convinced me that I would not have done as good of a job and would have taken me way longer. Aaron and the customer service team were very responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend!
