About this spa

Hidden deep in the Fraser Valley, this rustic wilderness soak draws you in with tiered natural pools, mossy rock walls, and the kind of stillness that only comes after a rough road and a proper sense of arrival. At Sloquet Hot Springs, the water is the main event: hotter pools sit higher up, while cooler options and a glacier-fed river plunge below create a simple, satisfying contrast circuit. Guests often describe the sulfur-rich water as soothing rather than harsh, with the kind of mineral soak that leaves skin feeling refreshed and the body pleasantly unwound. Forest, creek, and mountain views wrap the whole experience in a quiet, off-grid atmosphere. What lingers most is the feeling of being tucked inside a living landscape. The sound of the river carries through the night, the air feels clean and elemental, and the site’s small-scale management helps keep the grounds organized without softening the backcountry character. It can be wonderfully peaceful, especially on quieter days or in winter, though weekends bring a more social, communal energy. For travelers who value natural hot springs over polished spa amenities, this is a memorable retreat built for couples, solo reset trips, campers, and anyone comfortable with rustic, shared soaking. Capacity is limited to 10 guests.

Overall, the trip was good, but keep in mind it’s an FSR (forest service road), so the ride isn’t very smooth. I took the Pemberton side route, and most of the road was manageable. The last 9 km had some potholes, but nothing too serious. I was driving an AWD vehicle and didn’t face any issues getting in or out. Just drive slowly and carefully on the rough sections. Beautiful spot and worth the drive!

Best Hot Springs. Will need an off road vehicle to get here by FSR ... but I did see an EVO... sooooo yeah.. but I'm pretty sure it not coming back whole. There is a lot of Mice in the night, so if your camping please close your tents and store away food! Also please pack in, PACK OUT
