About this spa
Set inside Sinclair Canyon, this mineral soak feels less like a stop and more like stepping into a living mountain landscape. Warm water, crisp air, and sheer rock walls create the kind of contrast that makes a short visit feel restorative almost immediately. Guests often come here after hiking, skiing, or a long drive through the Rockies, then settle into the thermal pool, move to the cooler swim area or cold plunge, and leave with that loosened, reset feeling only a well-paced hot-cold circuit can deliver. The setting shifts beautifully with the seasons, from steam rising into winter air to bright summer afternoons framed by forest and flowers. What stands out most is how clean and organized the facility feels for such a classic public hot spring. Spacious change rooms, showers, lockers, towels, and massage rooms support an easy, unrushed experience, while the mountain views and outdoor setting keep the atmosphere grounded in nature rather than spa polish alone. Families appreciate the playful side of the larger pool, while couples and solo travelers tend to value the calm, therapeutic rhythm of soaking, cooling, and returning to warmth. With a Wellness Score of 98, this is a memorable Canadian Rockies recharge built for up to 10 guests.
“Beautiful place tucked away in the mountains. Way better than I anticipated. Not crowded, even on a Friday evening. Close to amenities, but very private. Option to lane swim in the pool, cold plunge in the tub, or soak in the hot spring. Locker system works great and place was pretty clean. Awesome experience with teenage daughter and her friend, friend's mom, and my hubby.”
