Highly recommend sauna with cold plunge and cold buckets of water.
After the alternating sauna then clod plunge, adding sugar scrub and a foot soak with aromatherapy, was the cherry on top.
Afterwards we welcomed the cold plunge and relaxing in their pretty space.
