“I have been to Aerth multiple times since it opened, and am SO glad we now have an option like this in downtown Victoria. It feels like being transported to another little world right in the heart of the city! The saunas are beautiful, with the options of social or silent, the cold plunge is properly COLD, and the fire pit is a great place to hangout in between. If you like nordic spas, this place is a must try.”

GoogleHad a nice experience for my first time at Aeath! The workmanship of the area and build are impressive. The staff were all very nice and friendly. The change rooms are fairly small and tight to navigate. Luckily we went at 2:30pm during a weekday so it was fairly quiet. I can imagine it would be frustrating during peak hours to try and get changed in the small quarters. There's also only 2 showers for use. I was a bit disappointed to find the shampoo was empty in the shower I used given there were not many visitors at the time we were there. Overall it was a good experience!

GoogleWent for an incredible Sunday recovery sauna session today. Staff were amazing, entire place was immaculate. I only last 30 seconds in the cold plunge - I’ll be returning to improve that number that’s for sure. Thank you Aerth Saunas!
