Purchased our heater and was assured that he was dropping it off for delivery (as we live in a different province). He followed through quickly and efficiently and we received our heater two days later! Such amazing service!!”

GooglePurchased a sauna heater from Jacob. Canada Post was on strike and we had to ship via a private carrier. The heater arrived damaged. Jacob assisted me with rectifying the issue and resent a new heater quickly. I appreciate his willingness to ensure that I received a new product.
